Hilton Grand Vacations - Up to $28.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Keep track of meal preparation components to ensure timely completion of final dishes;
Chopping and preparing vegetables and other non-meat ingredients;
Prepare back up foods according to specs, stock and keep kitchen and all areas clean;
Prepare, season and cook starches, vegetables and other side hot food items;
Record temperatures of all applicable refrigeration units and pot sink sanitizer levels
