Merchandiser​/Cashier

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a Merchandiser/Cashier to deliver friendly, efficient service while keeping our store organized and sales-ready. In this role, you will greet customers, operate the cash register, process returns, and handle basic inquiries about automotive parts and accessories. You will stock shelves, rotate inventory, set up promotions, ensure price accuracy, and maintain clean, safe aisles. Working in our customer-focused, team-oriented culture, you'll receive hands-on training, gain automotive product knowledge, and build customer-service and retail skills with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt customer service at the register and sales floor
• Operate cash register, handle payments, and process returns accurately
• Assist customers with locating products and basic automotive inquiries
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and replenish merchandise displays
• Set and maintain promotional and seasonal product layouts
• Ensure price tags and signage are accurate and up to date
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized aisles, counters, and checkout area
• Follow all cash-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures
• Support inventory counts and receive, unpack, and verify shipments
• Collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals
