Physician Network Development Manager - Hawaii

About the Role

As the Network Development Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to integrate new practices into Altais’s Networks of Care. The role is hybrid with up to 75% travel within Hawaiʻi.

• Identify and research potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Deliver full‑cycle relationship from initiation to onboarding of new providers, including executing agreements and credentialing.
• Foster and maintain relationships with prospective physicians, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Conduct service presentations and proposals; effectively communicate value propositions to prospective physicians and providers.
• Remain current on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform pitches.
• Maintain deep understanding of our services and offerings; keep updated and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, physician relations, internal teams) to align strategies and objectives.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned market.

• 7+ years of provider networking.
• 7+ years of managed care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking, strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to adapt to stakeholder needs and prospective physicians or providers.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Base Salary: $71,000 – $85,700/year.
