Retail Sales Clerk - Part time

Job Title

Responsible for greeting and offering sales assistance to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions that reflect that of Four Seasons Standards. Performs/assists in other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: fitting room recovery, housekeeping duties, preparation and participation in quarterly physical inventory, price changes, and shipping to guests.

Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales and repeat clientele. Aware of all promotions and advertisements. Keep updated with current trends in the respective markets.

• Maintain a neat orderly appearance of store facilities by cleaning, organizing and tidying. Also requires keeping product sized and straightened.

Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations. Oral and written proficiency in the English language. Basic math skills. Prior experience in sales and customer service; luxury market a plus.

Part-time. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
