Job Summary

In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation. New competitive pay per tour plan! No conversion calculation No premium subtractions Hourly pay plus commission and great benefits!

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, industry trends
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually (20%)

Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Job experience 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices

No travel required outside of the home site’s area.

The hourly rate for this role is $16.00 - $20.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
