Security Officer - Patrol

Position: Security Officer - Day Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe activity at the location, reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts;
Support daily property operations by assisting with directions, visitor interactions, and/or routine security-related requests in a professional manner
