Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions;
Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or property observations, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
