. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Mon: 07:00 PM – 03:00 AM
- Sat: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Sun: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns.
- Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and other assigned spaces to help support authorized entry, visitor direction, and general property rules.
- Document daily activities, observations, and incident information in accordance with site procedures, and communicate noteworthy updates to tenants, property representatives, and/or local responders as needed.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
