What You'll Do
* Perform reconstruction and repair work on residential and commercial properties
* Install doors, cabinets, framing, drywall, and various flooring materials
* Complete drywall finishing and texturing work
* Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations
* Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges in the field
* Utilize company software, mobile devices, and tablets to document project progress
* Travel between multiple job sites as needed
* Communicate professionally with customers regarding project updates
* Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently
* Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of carpentry, construction, remodeling, or reconstruction experience
* Restoration or insurance repair experience preferred
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
