How You’ll ShineAs a Maintenance Tech II, you’ll make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise and guaranteeing each unit and building is in perfectly working order.
Responsibilities- Perform skilled equipment repair procedures related to swimming pool & spa motors, pumps, heaters (propane, electric & solar), filters, cleaning systems, automatic controls and systems, pool decks, and life safety devices.
- Plan and organize assignments effectively to ensure completion and timeliness of work.
- Maintain pool deck by pressure cleaning, emptying trash, and straightening furniture as needed.
- Convey pertinent information to other departments.
- Assure that pool water levels are maintained by checking gauges.
- Maintain areas around the pool and/or hot tub such as the deck and the showers.
- Store pool equipment and tools in a proper manner.
- Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
- Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC and CPVC fittings.
- Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures, including switches and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot possible electric hazards.
- Complete preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
- Repair interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, texture and painting.
- Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
- Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
- Perform additional work assigned by management.
- Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
- Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Generally starting at $28.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the selected candidate will be set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
