Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support employees in their daily duties.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance standards.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new employees.
- Assign work schedules and adjust staffing levels based on operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate operational updates and expectations to team members.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
- Assist with hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure equipment and work areas are maintained and operated safely.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Leadership and team‑building skills.
- Conflict resolution and decision‑making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the worksite for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds, depending on operational requirements.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions as required by the position.
