Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher for a local answering service in Kilgore, TX
.

This family-owned business provides answering services for approximately 400 companies, including medical, industrial, and primarily oilfield clients. The dispatcher will take detailed messages, relay information to the appropriate on-call contact, or forward messages the next business day. For certain accounts, you will also dispatch mechanics to oilfield units.

• Answer calls for local businesses

• Take detailed and accurate messages

• Dispatch mechanics when required

• Work well with minimal supervision

• Maintain a pleasant and professional phone voice

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to multi-task between multiple Excel spreadsheets

• Must be punctual and dependable

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Must be available for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Excel knowledge

• Pay: Starting at $14.50/hour

• Shifts: Evening and weekend shifts

  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
