Industrial Sit-Down Forklift Operator

CHEP is seeking an Industrial Sit-Down Forklift Operator for 1st shift at our Orlando, FL facility. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down forklifts to move CHEP pallets, crates, and containers, supporting daily production and warehouse operations. You'll load and unload trailers, stage product, and maintain accurate pallet movements while following strict safety and quality standards. Working in a fast-paced, safety-first, and inclusive environment, you'll help drive efficient, sustainable supply chain solutions as part of a global leader in pallet pooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets, crates, and containers safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers and stage materials per work orders
• Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow OSHA and CHEP safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Scan, label, and document pallet movements accurately in warehouse systems
• Support production and logistics teams to meet daily throughput and quality targets
• Follow standard operating procedures to protect product quality and minimize damage
