- This role is based in Kilgore, TX or Lafayette, LA
- This role is 5 days a week onsite with travel required between locations.
- This role is open to relocation.

- Proven ability to execute sales strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Background in Oil and Gas Services, Iron Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
Manages customers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of sales capability. Develops and maintains effective internal partner relationships and relationships with regional customers so that sales objectives can be achieved. Establishes relationships with business decision makers, identifies business needs and problems, and works with senior management to develop marketplace strategies for customers. Consults with various departments regarding future industry trends, monitors and resolves customer issues in the field, and takes steps necessary to assure product health and enhance growth.
Communicates effectively across product, industry, and customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations, and resolves differences across cultures and backgrounds.
- Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
- Designing and assisting customers on forecast, sales/services strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
- Performing regular performance reviews with customers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.
- Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering customer questions, and addressing their needs.
- Effective communication to enhance Customer Experience and Relationships.
- Customer Focus:
Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. - Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. - Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
Knowledge of the decision‑making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. - Relationship Management:
Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. - Value Selling:
Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology, and services; ability to provide overall product/service ‘value’ and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
