Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and provided leads

Build genuine rapport with clients to understand their insurance needs across home, auto, commercial, and life coverage

Present tailored insurance solutions and clearly communicate coverage options, pricing, and benefits

Manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to close, following up consistently with prospects

Use CRM tools to track leads, log client interactions, and stay organized throughout the sales cycle

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets

Maintain strong product knowledge to answer client questions and address objections confidently

Provide excellent customer service to build long‑term client relationships and generate referrals

Must have, or be willing to obtain, an insurance license

Must be able to pass a background check

Reliable transportation to and from the office
