Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Shop & Field Mechanic to join our growing team! If you’re motivated, safety-minded, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing equipment both in the shop and out in the field, we want to hear from you.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment/machinery (shop & field)
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Respond to field service calls in a timely, professional manner
• Complete work orders, documentation, and inspections accurately
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

• Experience as a mechanic (heavy equipment, diesel, or related—depending on your industry)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in various weather and jobsite conditions
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
