HVAC Technician

** is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role ensures all equipment operates efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality service to support facility operations and client satisfaction.

** Pay: $35.00/hour.*

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handlers, compressors, chillers, boilers, and rooftop units

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions

+ Install, replace, and test HVAC equipment and components as needed

+ Monitor system performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency

+ Complete work orders and document all maintenance and repair activities accurately

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies

+ Inspect and maintain controls, thermostats, motors, belts, filters, and ventilation systems

+ Respond to emergency maintenance requests and system failures

+ Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts

+ Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding system status and needed repairs

+ Support energy management and cost-saving initiatives

** Qualifications*
* + Must have a Valid Driver's License

+ 3+ years of HVAC maintenance or service experience in commercial or industrial environments

+ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques

+ EPA Universal Certification (required)

+ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

+ Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Basic computer skills and experience with work order systems
