Derrickhands – Full-Time + PTO – Kilgore TX
Ranger Energy Services is hiring Derrickhands in Kilgore, TX to support well servicing rig operations. This hands‑on role involves pipe handling, rigging up/down, inspections, and assisting with equipment maintenance and safety procedures. Ideal candidates are physically fit, familiar with rig floor operations, and ready to work flexible schedules in the oilfield. Full‑time role includes paid time off and competitive benefits.

- Experience training or mentoring floor hands
- Familiarity with pump/tank operations
- Willingness to assist in rig operation when needed
