Truck Shop Labor

Waste Connections is seeking a Truck Shop Labor team member to support our transportation fleet in a safety-focused, on-site shop environment. In this role, you'll assist technicians with daily maintenance tasks, cleaning and staging trucks, fueling, and basic repairs under supervision. You'll help manage parts, keep the shop organized, and follow strict safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities

• Support technicians with basic truck shop tasks and maintenance preparation
• Clean, fuel, and stage trucks and equipment for service and inspections
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant shop environment
• Assist with parts handling, inventory, and shop supplies restocking
• Perform basic repairs and inspections under supervision
• Document work performed and follow shop procedures and safety standards
