Shipping/Freight Coordinator-Experienced

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and managing less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and working with carriers, production, and office staff to help ensure freight is shipped accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments with carriers.
- Communicate with production and office teams regarding order details and shipment status.
- Track LTL shipments and follow up on delivery issues as needed.
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and other required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate shipment information and follow company shipping procedures.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus; training can be provided.
Shift
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday:
As needed
