We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inventory Specialist to join our Noah's Team!

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Keeping accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the timely availability of materials. This role directly supports operations by preventing shortages, reducing excess inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Duties
  • Travel to regional warehouses to conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and process improvement reviews.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management and support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain and update inventory records.
  • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to forecast demand and manage replenishment schedules.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track and manage critical spare parts for high-value equipment and products.
  • Implement and follow best practices for labeling, storage, and handling in compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Key Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management, preferably in oil & gas or industrial supply.
  • Oilfield knowledge - prior experience in, or around, the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, warehouse operations, and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Operation of warehouse equipment

Salary: $85,000 (Salary is commensurate to experience.)
