Our client is a highly awarded Mid-Size CPA firm headquartered in Austn, TX who are actively seeking a (Generalist) Tax Manager to join its tight-knit team of tax and audit professionals on a 100% Remote Schedule.

- Compensation Target: $120,000 - $150,000
- Profit Sharing Bonus (last year was 13% of base salary)
- Insurance: medical insurance (cafeteria plan including medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts), dental insurance, vision insurance, term-life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability
- PTO: 22 days (increases with firm tenure) plus 8 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays

- CPA License or J.D. Required (No EAs)
- 5+ years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas...Complex Partnership Allocations, Real Estate Industry Issues, Investment Fund Partnerships, Business Acquisitions and Sales, ASC 740 are pluses.
