Job Description
- Assist with day to day activities within the Finance Department assigned
- Assist the Accounting and General Ledger departments with journal entries and research related to the Mortgage Company and other related task
- Prepare various monthly reconciliations
- Sort and file reconciliations
- Run and process department reports
- Answer phones
- File necessary paperwork
- Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Standing, reaching, and/or stooping to file/retrieve contract folders
- Operation of office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
