Executive Assistant
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President. Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform. Maintain department calendars and schedules. Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings. Review invoices and route for proper approval.
Run and process department reports. Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders. Answer main phone lines and route appropriately. File necessary paperwork. Provide event management support as needed. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in related business field, preferred
- 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Financial or Mortgage Banking experience preferred
- Experience with reporting in Encompass, nCino, or similar platform preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical proficiency in office related equipment
- Must have ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
- Must be able to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
- Must be able to work independently on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
