Job Description
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President.
- Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform.
- Maintain department calendars and schedules.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel‑related meetings.
- Review invoices and route for proper approval.
- Run and process department reports.
- Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders.
- Answer main phone lines and route appropriately.
- File necessary paperwork.
- Provide event management support as needed.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
