Build the Next Generation of Mission-Critical Infrastructure
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, owners, and design partners to drive successful project delivery from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover.
What You’ll Do- Lead all field operations on large-scale data center construction projects.
- Manage project safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and overall field execution.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field superintendents, and craft personnel.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, labor plans, equipment, and material coordination.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve field issues while coordinating RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and design changes.
- Ensure work complies with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Partner with project management teams to control costs and maintain project profitability.
- Oversee commissioning activities, punch lists, system turnover, and project closeout.
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- 8+ years of construction superintendent experience on mission-critical projects.
- Experience leading projects valued at $50M+, with the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades.
- Previous experience on data center or mission-critical strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling (CPM), quality control, safety, and cost management.
- Proven leadership experience managing subcontractors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- Lead complex, high-profile mission-critical construction projects.
- Work with experienced project teams delivering industry-leading facilities.
