• Photograph and video residential and commercial properties, capturing the property's best features and details
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and quality
• Create floor plans and virtual tours
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure their satisfaction with the final product
• Maintain equipment including cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Schedule appointments and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s degree preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Solution‑based problem solver
• Valid driver’s license
• Training provided
• Photography and drone experience are a plus
