• Properly handle customer incoming calls withing department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance
• Accurately record customer reason for disputing transactions
• Properly respond to customer inquiries regarding existing disputes
• Research transaction entry modes and additional data
• Meet assigned deadlines and goals
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
• Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience

• Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
• Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment
• Able to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing
• Able to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible
• Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to maintain productivity, focus, and meet strict deadlines amid frequent interruptions
• Strong customer service skills (both internal and external customers)
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
