Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending services.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems.
  • Maintain detailed records and follow company procedures.
  • Uphold privacy standards and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings.
  • Demonstrate reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Dependable, punctual, and goal‑oriented.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Conditions of Employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
