We are looking for Outbound Sales Representatives to support a variety of exciting projects for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
  • Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role is largely sedentary, requiring the use of a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods, operate office equipment, and occasionally move objects up to 40 pounds.
