Leasing Consultant; Edinburg, TX

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our onsite staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents.

• Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting tours, and showcasing the community's features and amenities.
• Preparing and explaining lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.
• Supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintaining leasing and traffic data, responding to inquiries, and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engaging with residents through thoughtful service, coordinating resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participating in company training programs to continuously grow your knowledge and skills in property management.
• Upholding high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Salary: $16 - $21 per hour
