We are seeking a motivated Outbound Call Center Sales Representative who thrives in a structured, high-energy sales environment. If you enjoy engaging customers, delivering value-driven solutions, and achieving performance goals, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for contacting customers, presenting telecom offerings, and closing sales while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This role requires consistency, confidence, and the ability to balance efficiency with customer experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Promote telecom services and bundled offerings
  • Deliver clear, accurate product and pricing information
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain professional communication
  • Manage call flow efficiently to maximize productivity
  • Meet established KPIs for sales, quality, and call handling
  • Record and update customer information accurately in systems
  • Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year experience in a call center or sales role

  • Ability to multitask while navigating systems
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks;

reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
