Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Spanish Customer Service
Job Title
Properly handle customer incoming calls within department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance. Accurately record customer reason for disputing transactions. Properly respond to customer inquiries regarding existing disputes. Research transaction entry modes and additional data. Meet assigned deadlines and goals. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FCBI is an equal opportunity employer.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Able to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing. Able to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible. Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail. Ability to maintain productivity, focus, and meet strict deadlines amid frequent interruptions.
Strong customer service skills (both internal and external customers). Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
