Cashier, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Nyle Maxwell of Killeen is looking for a full time, highly motivated individual to be a part of our Service team. This person must be a great communicator, have a positive attitude and quickly build rapport with prospective customers.

Who would I interact with?

This position interacts daily with Service Advisors, Service Managers, dealership support staff and sales and service customers, just to name a few.

Responsibilities Responsible for invoicing and printing invoices and accepting payment for completed service work Record the amount of the Customer’s payment and close out repair orders in the computer system.

File dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.

Research, retrieve, copy and disseminate information contained in files as requested

Assist with purging and maintenance of files.

Answer incoming service calls as needed

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Maintain neat work area and help maintain appearance of customer waiting area Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must Previous administrative work a plus

Qualifications

Great Customer Service Skills Be Able to Create Customer Relationships Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP CRM, Outlook, Excel)
Appointment Setting Experience Great Communication Skills Able to multi-task

Team Player Bi-lingual is always a plus!

Full Time Position You must be reliable, punctual, and be able to work some evenings and rotating Saturdays as needed.
