Position Overview
Killeen, TX – Full‑time Customer Service Representative. MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company delivering CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions across many industries. The role provides exceptional support via phone, email, or chat and is part of a shared on‑site and remote call center.
We seek motivated professionals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and creating positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers by phone, email, or chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Process requests and follow established procedures.
- Meet quality and productivity goals.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Previous outbound sales experience (nice to have).
- Call center sales experience (nice to have).
- Experience meeting sales quotas (nice to have).
- CRM software experience (nice to have).
- Upselling or cross‑selling experience (nice to have).
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (nice to have).
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks;
reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
