MCI is seeking a bilingual Travel Advisor (Spanish/English) to join our onsite BPO contact center. You will assist travelers with planning, booking and managing travel using the Spotnana platform, handling changes, cancellations and policy compliance. We require at least 2 years in travel and hands-on Spotnana experience.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. This role is based onsite in Killeen, TX and involves high-volume customer interactions with a focus on accuracy and service
