We are seeking independent‑contractor private music instructors (Drums) to provide lessons in the Killeen, TX area. Lessons may take place at students’ homes, instructors’ own home or studio, or via webcam. Compensation is $20‑$30 per hour, adjusted for travel time, experience or education level, and student retention rate. Instructors have full autonomy to set schedules, curricula, and lesson plans. The company handles advertising, marketing, and billing.

• Teach private drum lessons to students of all ages
• Travel locally to students’ homes or meet in instructors’ studios
• Communicate promptly with the office regarding scheduling and student progress
• Arrive on time and maintain an organized lesson plan
• Follow all COVID‑19 precautions (mask, hand sanitation, social distancing)
• Manage own instructional materials and lesson plans
• Maintain high student retention and satisfaction rates

• Formal music training not required, but must possess at least one of the following: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience
• Experience teaching children and adults preferred
• Willingness to travel within the Killeen, TX area
• Good communication skills and punctuality
