Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Department Manager to achieve department productivity and goals
- Accurate and efficient processing of consumer CIP exceptions
- Thorough due diligence reviews for Sole Proprietorship accounts
- Accurate account opening and thorough due diligence review for business accounts
- Accurate and efficient processing of application exceptions for accounts opened through online channels
- Accurate and efficient review of consumer CIP information and sanctions holds for reloadable prepaid cards
- Other duties as assigned
- Operations Specialist only:
May also be required to train & mentor new department employees
Position level will be dependent upon external and internal experience
Physical Requirements- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
