Client seeks experienced mortgage industry professional to expand the Southern Ohio market. Join our client’s team to support their vision by implementing nationwide growth strategies that enhance loan production within the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and efficient sales and operations team, implementing business development and sales strategies to expand market share, and analyzing and improving profitability.
Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals. In this role, the MLO continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities for the builder. The loan officer’s network consists of real estate professionals, builders, professional and personal contacts, and community efforts to promote home ownership in new construction communities.
