Integrity Rehab and Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist Job in Killeen, TX for a clinician who values integrity, patient engagement, and doing things the right way—for patients and for the profession.

As a Physical Therapist with Integrity Rehab, you’ll provide hands‑on outpatient physical therapy services following physician referrals and individualized Plans of Care. Your focus will be on actively engaging patients in their recovery, guiding them through a thoughtful progression of care that promotes confidence, independence, and long‑term success in the least restrictive environment possible.

You’ll be responsible for delivering rehabilitation services that are safe, effective, and consistently high quality while maintaining accurate documentation and open communication with the care team. Just as importantly, your work will support Integrity Rehab’s mission and goals, ensuring all services comply with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. Compensation

$100,000 - $125,000

Qualifications
  • Holds and maintains valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice
  • Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance in accordance with Integrity Rehab guidelines
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations and guidelines related to outpatient care
  • Ability to organize, manage, and function independently as assigned
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to safely and effectively utilize therapy equipment
  • Ability to assess patient responses to therapy interventions
  • Demonstrates independent judgment and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Ability to manage the mental and emotional demands of the position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with patients, coworkers, supervisors, healthcare professionals, and the public
  • Willingness to perform duties involving potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious waste
  • One year of healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Accept delegated authority, responsibility, and accountability to carry out assigned duties
  • Report directly to the Clinic Director
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skills related to physical therapy practice
  • Implement individualized plans of care for each patient
  • Maintain consistent communication with patients, family members, and clinic staff
  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of plans of care based on patient response and progress toward goals
  • Collaborate with referring physicians to recommend modifications to treatment plans
  • Adhere to all Integrity Rehab policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Provide a safe, quiet, professional, and confidential environment
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments, paperwork, orders, and reports
  • Attend required staff meetings and in‑service education sessions
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional development
  • Comply with the Employee Handbook, HIPAA regulations, Compliance Plan, drug testing requirements, and all company policies
Skills
  • Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Comfortable managing a double‑booked caseload
  • Experience with Raintree EMR or willingness to learn
