What You’ll Do:
- Expert Pediatric Occupational Therapy– Work with children from birth to 21, addressing challenges such as physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits in a home-based setting.
- Comprehensive Evaluations– Conduct thorough assessments to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Family-Centered Instruction– Educate and guide patients and their families, providing them with the strategies they need to support their child’s progress at home.
- Meticulous Documentation– Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration– Work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate personalized care plans for each child.

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- ActiveTexas Occupational Therapy License.
- New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
