Role Description

This is a part or full-time on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), based in Killeen, TX. The professional in this role will provide counseling services, conduct mental health and behavioral health assessments, create individualized care plans, and support clients in achieving their personal goals. Additional responsibilities include managing case files, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, and maintaining compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Case Management and managing individualized care plans
  • Strong background in Mental Health and Behavioral Health counseling
  • Active LCSW or LPC license in the state of Texas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using clinical documentation tools and adhering to confidentiality standards
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience in working with diverse populations and specialized cases is a plus
