Occupational Therapist

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Pediatrics Only

Location: Centex Rehabilitation – Central Texas

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Centex Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and functional skills. This position serves pediatric clients exclusively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic setting alongside Speech-Language Pathologists and ABA therapists.

We are looking for someone who is child-centered, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services targeting:
• Sensory processing and regulation
• Self-care and daily living skills
• Handwriting and school readiness
• Executive functioning skills
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with Speech Therapists and ABA therapists to coordinate care
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and home strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Maintain compliance with state licensure and clinic policies

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build rapport with children and families
• Knowledge of sensory integration and developmental milestones
