Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communications Sciences and Disorders.
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist - Assistant by the Texas Department of Licensing Regulation (TDLR).
As an SLPA, you will assist speech-language pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting. You will also implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by speech-language pathologists for students. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

- Dates: ASAP-5/29/2026.
- In-person only.
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screening as directed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Implement the treatment program or the Individual Education Plan (IEP) as designed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Work with classroom teachers to implement classroom activities to improve communication skills of students.
- Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for maturity level and interests of students.
