ABA Clinical Director; BCBA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading the Supervisor Team, mentoring, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to clients in various settings.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.

• Mentor and lead Clinical Supervisors
• Train RBTS and assist with Fieldwork Experience
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence‑based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to coordinate care and support for clients.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on best practices in behavior management.
• Advocate for clients' needs within the community and provide resources for additional support.

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
• Experience with special education services is preferred.
• Proficient in patient assessment techniques and data collection methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical documentation processes and maintaining medical records.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
