Resident Aide

Rosewood Villas is seeking a compassionate professional to join our team! This person will be responsible for assisting residents with Medication Administration, Activities of Daily Living and Housekeeping services in order to enhance the quality of resident life and promote independence and dignity.

• Previous caregiving experience in an AL or other healthcare setting is required
• Be able to follow Resident Aide assignment task schedule as indicated by Assisted Living manager; this requires the ability to be mentally alert and communicate verbally and in writing information regarding residents’ condition and care
