• Salary:
  Total annual compensation (including bonuses) can range from $85,000 – $102,000
  
  • Annual Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
  
  • Bonus Potential:
  Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential
• Schedule:
  
  9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
  
  • 1 work‑from‑home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met
• Setting:
  Clinic
• Caseload Size:
  Average of 5 clients per BCBA
  
  • 20% supervision is encouraged for each client
• Billable Requirement: 25 hours per week
• Location:
  
  Killeen, TX

• Conduct and interpret skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
• Create individualized, evidence‑based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
• Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• BCBA License
• Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
• Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
