The practice offers a full range of services, including comprehensive eye exams, disease management, urgent care, contact lens fittings, and collaborative care for LASIK and other refractive surgeries. They leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as digital phoropters, automated data collection, and fully integrated electronic health records, to streamline workflow and reduce manual tasks.

This enables them to efficiently meet the growing need for eye care prompted by an aging population and increased screen usage. With a paperless intake process and a modern, welcoming atmosphere, Killeen Vision ensures each visit is efficient, convenient, and tailored to patient needs, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to personalized, high-quality care for the entire community.

What you'll do:

As a full-scope optometrist, you will deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of visual and medical needs. Your responsibilities include performing thorough eye exams, educating patients about their ocular health, and recommending vision-enhancing products tailored to each individual's lifestyle. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Each day, you'll manage a well-structured schedule of 22 appointment slots, aiming to complete two billable exams per hour. Thanks to Killeen's close-knit community, you'll enjoy a loyal patient base that values personalized, local care. This position also offers a 14.5% production bonus.

Your skills will allow you to utilize state-of-the-atomic diagnostic technology , such as electronic lensometers, phoropters, Optos , OCT, and autorefractors , ensuring the utmost precision in formulating treatment recommendations.
