Property Attendant – Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc.
Location: Killeen, TX (Wood Spring Suites)
Job Overview: Join our team as a hands‑on Property Attendant. You’ll provide a clean and safe environment for guests, perform general preventative maintenance, prepare rooms for housekeeping, assist with laundry, and handle a variety of maintenance tasks as needed.

- Manage work orders promptly and adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule (e.g., shampooing carpets, cleaning hard surfaces, light electrical and plumbing work, janitorial duties, parking lot upkeep, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting).
- Maintain and track inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; place orders as needed.
- Prepare rooms for housekeeping – remove linens, trash, move furniture, and review maintenance needs.
- Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security and safety for guests and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Frequent climbing stairs and occasionally ladders.
- Tasks requiring kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb.
