As the Director of Sales for our Real Estate Team, you'll be at the helm of a high-producing team. Lead, recruit, and coach our team of agents — leverage your sales and coaching skills to scale production and earn strong bonuses. • Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics.
• Analyze sales data and develop performance plans.
• Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research.

• Proven sales track record as individual contributor; 1+ year manager/team lead preferred.
• Strong CRM and people-management skills.
• Active Texas real estate license.

• Experience scaling real estate teams.

Compensation: $40,000 yearly + bonus.
